Scheduling: Plan every consultation in one clear calendar. Day, week and month views, multiple practitioners side by side, colour-coded treatment types and real-time sync across every device.
Online booking: Patients book an appointment themselves, 24/7, through your personal booking link. No more phone tag. Confirmations go out automatically, and your calendar fills while you treat.
Patient records: One digital record per patient with medical history, treatment notes, photos, documents and configurable fields for your workflow.
Intake forms: Build your own intake form and send patients a link to complete it at home. Their answers land in the patient record, so the first appointment starts with the information already there.
Reports: Letter templates with variables. Generate a certificate, referral letter or report from the patient record, with the patient details filled in, and export it to PDF.
Payment receipts: Create a payment receipt directly from the consultation, with your own rates and your own template. See what is paid and what is still outstanding on one screen.
Reminders: Automatic email reminders before each appointment help patients remember their visit. SMS reminders are optional, and the timing is configurable per treatment type.
Waiting list: Put patients on a waiting list per treatment or practitioner. When a slot is cancelled, you see who is waiting and can offer it by email, with SMS as an option.
Gait analysis: Capture joint angles, foot position and gait patterns in a digital exam form on your tablet. The results land in the patient record, and you generate the report in one click.
Invoicing: Keep the financial side of the practice in one place. Record payments by method, follow up what is still open and keep your daily takings. Payment receipts do not replace accounting software.
