VIMA.care is browser-based practice software for podiatrists, foot care providers and paramedical practices in Belgium. It costs €30 per month excl. VAT for the first practitioner and €25 per month excl. VAT per extra practitioner. Optional SMS reminders and optional campaign-email credits are billed separately by use. Transactional appointment emails are not campaign-email credits. There is no setup cost. The monthly plan can be cancelled monthly, and a 60 day free trial lets you test the product with no credit card. A referral program lowers your base price by €5 per month for each qualifying colleague you bring in.
After a referred colleague activates a paid account, both parties receive €5 per month off for 24 months. Six concurrent successful referrals cover the €30 excl. VAT base subscription only during the applicable discount periods.

You can choose the monthly plan and cancel monthly. If VIMA offers you an annual plan, the payment and renewal terms shown for that plan apply. Check those before activation. There is no setup cost.

After a qualifying paid activation, both parties receive up to 24 months of €5 per month off under the referral terms. The referrer discount starts later than the new customer discount. If an annual plan is offered, the discount may be applied at renewal. Six concurrent valid discounts cover only the base subscription, not extra practitioners, SMS or campaign-email credits.
You can import a patient list via CSV, with free guidance for that import. Verify the imported records and confirm any broader migration or export scope in advance via [email protected].
