How switching works

Export your patient list as CSV: Export your patient list from your current system or spreadsheet as a CSV file. You are exporting a copy, so your original data stays where it is.
Import your patients into VIMA: Upload the CSV in VIMA. Common columns like name, email, phone and date of birth are recognised, so your patient list is in place in minutes. We help you map the columns.
Set up treatment types and your booking link: Add your treatment types and rates, then share your personal VIMA booking link on your website and channels so patients can book online.
Run alongside, then switch fully: Try VIMA next to your current software during the 60 day free trial. When you are ready, you move over fully. New patients are read in from the Belgian eID.

Can I import patients from another practice software?

Yes, as long as you can export your patient list as a CSV file, which most practice systems and spreadsheets can. You upload that CSV in VIMA and we help you map the columns to the right fields.

Will I lose data when I switch?

No. You export a copy from your current system while the original stays untouched, and you import that copy into VIMA. If anything does not line up, we help you correct it.

How long does switching take?

Most practices are up and running in less than one working day. The CSV import takes minutes, and setting up your treatment types and booking link takes a little longer.

Do I have to cancel my current software right away?

No. Run VIMA alongside your current software during the 60 day free trial. You only switch fully once you are convinced. There is no annual contract and you can cancel monthly.
