Ask for the data processing agreement, subprocessors and technical and organisational measures, and assess them alongside your own access, retention and privacy obligations.
VIMA offers financial exports, including an XLSX export of documents for a chosen period and invoicing account. No automatic link with a specific accounting package is confirmed here. Align the format and required fields with your accountant and VIMA. Receipts and invoices do not replace accounting software.

Yes. You can import a patient-list CSV with free personal guidance specifically for that CSV import. Confirm broader migration and export scope via [email protected].
You can choose the monthly plan. Cancellation and end date follow the terms of your chosen subscription. If VIMA offers you an annual plan, the payment and renewal terms shown for that plan apply. Check those before activation.
Yes. Patients book through your personal booking link, choose an available treatment and time, and receive a confirmation. The booking lands in the VIMA calendar. For external calendar visibility there is a Google Calendar connection; confirm direction and settings before relying on it.
Yes. You build your own intake and anamnesis forms with your own questions and fields per treatment type. Patients complete them at home through a link, and the answers land directly in the patient record.
You register services and payments separately. For a registered payment you can use a payment receipt; for invoicing you choose the invoice document type. Check amounts and practice details before sending. A receipt is not a substitute for an invoice or accounting software.
VIMA bundles patient details, treatment notes, photos, documents, forms and reports in a digital record. You can use tags and configurable forms. Confirm which record functions and integrations are available for your discipline; this is not a claim of universal or certified EHR functionality.
VIMA runs in a modern browser on common computers, tablets and smartphones and requires internet. You can send supported emails from VIMA. This does not mean your full mailbox is synchronised.
Yes. VIMA supports multiple practitioners in one system. Each practitioner has their own calendar and availability, and you can configure locations and rooms to prevent double bookings.

The exact leaving arrangements belong in your agreement and data processing agreement. Before using VIMA, ask written confirmation of available export or return, access window, costs and deletion. The public privacy policy describes return or deletion at the end of cooperation, but this answer does not guarantee a complete export format or universal retention period after every paid cancellation.
